Volunteer Information
Consignors who volunteer get either a discounted consignor fee or their consignor fee is waived! Volunteer 3 hours and your consignor fee is $5, volunteer for 6 or more hours and your consignor fee is waived!
Please note that all volunteers must be at least 13 years old in order to volunteer.
We need lots of Volunteers, and there are a lot of opportunities available.
- As a volunteer, you sign up for at least one 3 hour volunteer time slot, and shop before we open to the public, or as a consignor you earn a discounted consignor fee.
- Please understand that if you do not show up for your volunteer time, you will be unable to volunteer in the future. Shopping first is a great opportunity that cannot be given away.
- You do not need to be a consignor to volunteer. You do not even have to have kids to volunteer. It is fun and easy to do.
- You can volunteer to help with set up and drop off, before the sale opens to the public, and to help sort and breakdown after the sale.
- At the end of drop off, I will have volunteers whose only job will be to look through the merchandise for quality control.
- You can also volunteer during the sale hours that we are open to the public.
- I also need volunteers to get the word out about the sale. If you pass out fliers, or hang posters you will qualify to shop early. This does not qualify consignors for the discounted consignor fee.
