A lot of you are asking yourself, “What is a Consignment Sale and, how does it work?”. I was the same way when I was invited to my first sale in South Carolina. Now, it is a way of life for my family, friends, and for myself.
An Angel’s Attic is a Children’s Consignment Sale that takes place each Spring and Fall. The Spring sale specializes in Spring and Summer Clothing and Accessories, while the Fall sale specializes in Fall and Winter Clothing and Accessories. Both sales have an abundant amount of toys, books, baby equipment, outdoor toys, nursery and children’s room décor, videos, DVD’s, Maternity Clothing, Parenting Resources, and so much more. If it is for kids, and not on the short list of items that we do not accept, then we will have it! All items are in new or gently used condition, and priced at least 70% below retail. It is the perfect way to both clean out your child’s outgrown items, and to buy quality items for them at unbelievable prices.
As a consignor, you price all of your own items, using a very simple computer application that is found right here on our website. Of the prices that you set, you receive 70% of the selling price of the items. (There is a $10 consignor fee to help to cover some of the incured expenses.) This adds up to so much more than you would earn at a garage sale, or even a consignment shop.
As a shopper you will enjoy our new extended days and hours of shopping! We accept cash and checks. There is an ATM machine in the Lobby of the hotel. The last day of the sale, be sure to come back and check out what is 1/2 off!
There are also Volunteer opportunities Available. As a Volunteer, you get to shop first, before we open to the public.
